This exciting open playtime is an opportunity to practice what you are learning in your level class, as well as get the opportunity to work on other moves that might not be in your level, but that you are ready for. And get to meet other wonderful aerial siblings in the studio.


The instructor will help and spot any new moves you are learning or perfecting.

✔️ Wooden dowel (or a broom handle!)

Handstands

We know how tricky learning to handstand can be—but that’s exactly why we created this weekly class! Whether you're brand new or working toward a longer hold, our Handstand Class is designed to help you find that sweet balance point with strength, confidence, and control.


You'll be guided through step-by-step progressions that build your flexibility, strength, and understanding of handstand mechanics—so you can feel what it’s like to float.


This class focuses on three key elements:


✨ Conditioning – Targeted exercises to build shoulder strength and mobility.

✨ Alignment & Shapes – Drills to help you find your straight line and learn how to control your hips, shoulders, and legs.

✨ Dynamic Movement – Practice safely kicking up into handstand with proper technique.


✅ Prerequisite: None — this class is open to all levels!

Spin Pole Foundations

Take your moves into motion and learn the foundations of Spinning Pole! This specialty class adds some serious ✨centripetal force✨ to your flow, making you feel like you're flying! 🌬️💫 You'll learn how to control momentum, transition smoothly, and start building beautiful spin combos.

Short, tight shorts and a tank top or sports bra — we’ll be working on moves that require skin stick!

This weekly drop-in class is all about discovering your unique style, building confidence, and enhancing your movement quality, body awareness, and musicality—all in a welcoming, judgment-free space.


Each week, you’ll explore:

🎶 Different movement pathways, textures, and music styles

🌀 Foundational floor work and traveling skills

🔄 Creative tools to enrich your free-flow, choreography, or transitions—on or off any apparatus


Whether you’re a pole dancer, aerialist, or just love to move, this class will help you get creative and feel amazing in your body.

Perfect for cross-training, leveling up your performance skills, or just trying something new.


What to wear:

Shorts and a tank top or sports bra (we’ll be doing some skin-stick movement).

Knee pads optional but encouraged!
