Series Classes

We offer a variety of pole and aerial series classes that take place once a week over 8 weeks.


8-Week Classes include:

  • Pole Fitness
  • Aerial Hoop/Lyra
  • Silks
  • Hammock Yoga


We also offer Youth Series Classes. Number of weeks depends on term.

Unlock your body’s full potential with our new Mobility Assessment Program. Whether you are working to get that one aerial move, or improve your overall body mobility, we have four options to choose from:


Mobility Plans
