Service Description

Are your kids climbing the walls at home and you are certain they are fit for the circus? Why not sign them up for Aerial Acrobatics? This 9 week program is designed for monkeys who love to climb, tumble and enjoy being upside down 🙃. Each class will start off with a fun warm-up game. We will rotate the apparatus each week (Pole Fitness, Aerial Silks and Lyra). After they have monkeyed around and gotten all their sillies out, we will end the class with a cool down and stretch. What to wear: Tight shorts or leggings, socks or bare feet, and t-shirt, tank top (that can be tucked in) or sports bra.
