Service Description

This class will help you to discover your own style and improve your movement quality, body awareness & musicality in a completely judgment-free space to get creative. You will be guided to explore dancing with different movement pathways, textures and music. You will learn basic floor work and traveling skills that can be implemented into routines or free-flows. Skills learned are transferable to any class/apparatus. NOTE: Please wear short shorts and tank top or sports bra, as we will be doing moves that require skin stick. Knee pads optional. Pre-requisites: Completion of level 1 pole, or beginner hoop or beginner silks.
