Service Description
This is the old level 2&3 combined. You don’t have to be fit to do pole dancing, doing pole dancing makes you fit! This exciting class will build your strength, flexibility and self-esteem! Class includes a 15 minute warm-up and conditioning to build strength and flexibility to preparing you for the moves you will learn in your level. In this level you will: 🌻 continue to build on the spins you learned in the “Intro to Pole Dance/Fitness” series, 🌻 learn some brand new spins, 🌻 start comboing the beginner spins, 🌻 learn to sit and stand on the pole, 🌻 start working on holding Inverted-V, 🌻 learn your first basic invert into bat and crucifix (as well as 4 exits) and earn you the official title of “Pole Ninja”. Class also includes learning a fun routine to music using the moves and spins you have learned in class. The last 5 minutes of class are used to cool down and stretch. You will have so much fun, you won’t even realize you are working out (until you feel sore the next day because you worked out muscles you never realized you had)! What to wear: Tight short shorts, socks or bare feet, and t-shirt, tank top or sports bra. ✅ Prerequisite: Have taken the Intro to Pole Dance/Fitness Series.
