Prerequisite: If this is your first pole class, please email us first. This exciting open Pole playtime is an opportunity to practice what you are learning in your level class, as well as get the opportunity to work on other moves that might not be in your level, but that you are ready for. And get to meet other wonderful pole sisters in the studio. The instructor will help and spot any new moves you are learning or perfecting. See Cancellation Policy
