Service Description

Prerequisite: If this is your first aerial class, please email us first. While you warm up, the instructor will set up the apparatus of your choice. This exciting open Aerial playtime is an opportunity to practice what you are learning in your level class, as well as get the opportunity to work on other moves that might not be in your level, but that you are ready for. And get to meet other wonderful pole sisters in the studio. The instructor will help and spot any new moves you are learning or perfecting. What to wear: Depends on which apparatus you wish to use.
